The
third mola in the fourth row was an early acquisition and inspired many
of Charlotte's projects. Her quilt, "In
the Mood," in the MOLA EVOLVED QUILTS,
QUILT GALLERY SECTION, was the first result after acquiring this mola.
Printed fabrics for the top layer were a new trend in the 1990's. Notice
the crosshatch texture in the Pajaro mola.
